Why do you need to create a profile?
It’s simple; we need your contact information, an email address so we can send your confirmation and log in instructions for the event you want to attend. We’ll only ask for your name, email address, and a password. And, so we can get a better picture of who is attending, we’d appreciate your including your area of specialty and other information if you are comfortable sharing it.
